A superbly crafted travel bottle opener from the early nineteenth-century. The pin neatly fits inside the corkscrew and clasps into place when closed. There is a hole in the side of the corkscrew that receives the pin to make the pull-handle. The decorative detail makes this feel like a piece of jewelry.
