Victor-Marie Roussin , born in Quimper on March 3 , 1812, and died in Plomelin on June 14 , 1903, is a French painter.

Lawyer in Nantes, he married there in May 1836the daughter of Pierre Cambronne. A student of Louis-Auguste Lapito , Évariste-Vital Luminais , Jean-Antoine-Siméon Fort and François-Edmée Ricois , he participated in the Salon from 1838 by exhibiting Breton landscapes and scenes of popular life.

General Councilor of Finistère, he was also one of the founders of the Archaeological Society of Finistère. He is the father of Étienne Roussin , who was mayor of Plomelin for about thirty years and deputy of Finistère .
