The cards are identified as Flowers from the Grave of Rachel, Flowers from Mount Gerizim, and Flowers from Mount Zion. Each includes a short biblical quotation in Hebrew connected to its location, with captions repeated below in German, French, and English for the international pilgrims and travelers who bought these albums. The arrangements are particularly delicate and imaginative: the flowers from Rachel’s Tomb form a small naturalistic scene, the Mount Gerizim specimens spread into a finely balanced botanical spray, while the Mount Zion composition is arranged into an unusual star-like wreath. The cards are presented under glass in simple pale wood frames added at a later date, providing a quiet setting for the delicate compositions. Gentle toning and minor losses are consistent with their age.

Condition and patina consistent with age.
Each measures approx. 9" high x 6¾" wide x 0¾" thick
Each measures approx. 23cm high x 17cm wide x 2cm thick

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1166/6698/files/DSC07316_c0bc05c4-03d2-41bc-8548-7649d4a34538.jpg?v=1790604570
https://www.chezpluie.com/products/set-of-three-antique-holy-land-pressed-flower-souvenirs-rachel-s-tomb-mount-gerizim-and-mount-zion-9-x-63-4
