Client Services & Transport Manager (Full Training Provided)
Chez Pluie Provence is the leading online destination for French antiques and artwork, serving clients across the globe. From our newly constructed headquarters in Sablet (84110), we curate, photograph, and ship unique antiques to private collectors, interior designers, and architects worldwide.
We are expanding our team and seeking a Client Services & Transport Manager to be the voice and face of our growing international transport service.
Location: Sablet 84110, Vaucluse, France
Employment Type: 35 hours, working Thursday to Monday including weekends, days off are Tuesday and Wednesday, CDD initially, with the opportunity to transition to CDI.

About the Role
This is a client-focused, sales-driven role at the intersection of customer service, fine-art logistics, and problem-solving. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients enquiring about shipping valuable antiques; providing detailed, professional, and reassuring advice and proposals throughout the process.
You’ll be representing our brand with clients who are discerning, high-net-worth individuals - including collectors, designers, and public figures - who expect exceptional service and discretion at every step. The role requires clarity, empathy, responsiveness, and excellent communication across email, phone, and in person.
Full training is provided. We’re not looking for prior experience in logistics - we’ll teach you our systems, transport procedures, and packaging methodologies. What matters most is your ability to build trust, communicate with ease, and bring a high level of organization and polish to your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to transport and shipping enquiries from clients around the world
- Provide clear, warm, timely, and professional communication that builds trust and leads to confirmed bookings
- Explain packaging, insurance, and logistics processes with confidence and care
- Coordinate closely with our warehouse and supplier network
- Maintain accurate records using internal tools and spreadsheets
- Contribute to refining and improving the client experience
About You
- Perfect spoken and written English
- Fluent spoken and written French
- Exceptional communication skills – persuasive, warm, professional
- Sales-minded – naturally converts enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Naturally discreet, polished, and comfortable working with high-profile or high-net-worth clients
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital tools
- Organized and reliable – able to manage multiple conversations and details simultaneously
- Practical and methodical – confident with real-world problem-solving
- Open to learning – full training in packaging, logistics, and client systems is provided
- Must hold a valid Permit B driver’s license
