1930s Richard Vermouth water fountain w/ faceted ball top

This early-twentieth century 'fountain' was used for serving Vermouth and is branded 'Richard'. It has a wonderful ball-shaped faceted top and sits on a metal base. There is a little spigot for distributing water.
