This artisanal stoneware bottle from the 1970s has a tall, quietly sculptural form with a narrow flared neck and cylindrical body, finished in a warm, variegated glaze that shifts from sandy beige to earthy chestnut. Its hand-thrown surface reveals subtle spiral lines and warm, earthy speckling. Marked with an impressed circular stamp near the base, the piece draws on the Corsican landscape for inspiration and comes from the workshop founded by André Truchon, one of the early artisanal ceramic turners in Corsica.
This bottle reads as a quiet sculptural accent on open kitchen shelving, a console, or a mantel. Use it as a simple bud vase for a single branch or arrange it with other neutral grès pieces to build a calm, wabi-sabi vignette. Its restrained palette and rustic tactility suit French country, farmhouse, and minimalist interiors alike.
