A superb terracotta butter bell with white glaze and a blue trim. Watch the breakfast video to listen to Patricia explain how it is used.

Fill the bell firmly with butter and fill the pot with water - then pop the lid on - the butter bell is submerged in water. Leave it out on the counter for soft butter (not in the sun or near the cooktop!)
