Chunky cutting board w/ rounded shoulders & handle - 21¾" x 13½"

A very weighty antique French cutting board, found by Patricia and Walter at a Sunday brocante. It has a string tied through the handle so that it can be hung on a hook or displayed on the wall.

Patricia has a deep passion for collecting cutting boards, ranging from large to small, and including both antique and artisan-made pieces. Her extensive collection is used in both her personal kitchen and the students' kitchen at Chanteduc, her farm in Provence. Here, alongside her husband Walter, she ran a beloved cooking school for over 35 years, sharing her culinary expertise and love for unique kitchenware.
