A stunning blown glass lidded flask dated 2010 by renowned master glassmaker Jean-Claude Novaro (1943-2014). The elegant shape is evocative of an angel - the stopper even has a halo attached to one side. Note the variety in size of the bubbles throughout the glass - an extremely difficult technique perfected by Novaro.
Several other pieces by Novaro are available for separate purchase. A certificate of authenticity is included.

Novaro’s work has been exhibited at the Corning Museum of Glass, New-York, Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Paris, Cathédrale de Rouen and many more. Famed French musician Johnny Hallyday was a close friend and supporter of Novaro’s work.
He is one of the few glassmakers to blow pieces weighing over ten kilograms and holds a Guinness World Record for the largest glass coup ever made.
