An elegant pair of Louis XVI-style oval mirrors from the 1930s. The frame is entirely wooden with a gold colored finish (not gold leaf). The glass is aged and somewhat opaque. These would be superb displayed either side of a fireplace, console, or in a powder room.
Each measures approx. 22" wide x 28¾" high x 1¼" deep
Each measures approx. 56cm wide x 73cm high x 3cm deep
Note: Mirrors have been photographed facing fabric, a technique that reveals any age spots in the glass. In some cases this may create the appearance of an empty frame, but each mirror is complete except where explicitly stated.
