A charming Provençal collection of seven hand-blown glass bottles, likely produced for regional use in village bars, groceries, and households in the late 19th century. Six are matching spirits bottles with cylindrical bodies and long tapering necks, each decorated with frosted engraving. The names of the liqueurs Absinthe, Marc, Arquebuse, Kirsch Fantaisie, Brou de Noix, and Vermouth appear within softly framed cartouches, surrounded by lace-like scrollwork and arabesques that lend a light ornamental elegance to the utilitarian forms. The seventh bottle stands apart as a square advertising example, screen printed for the Armand grocery in Forcalquier. Across the ensemble, the glass displays gentle waviness, tiny bubbles, and a soft, timeworn sheen. The engraved cartouches and printed decoration show light rubbing from use, consistent with age. Together, the group offers a vivid glimpse into French aperitif culture, and combine practical function with a refined sense of grace and charm.

Display them together on a kitchen shelf or back bar for a quiet evocation of old shop counters, or divide the set across a dining room, pantry, or breakfast nook to repeat a subtle motif. They also make charming vessels for single stems or dried herbs.
