Patricia explains that she has a whole collection of 'SPA' branded collectibles displayed in the spa at Chanteduc. She loves how energetic the design is.
The brand originates from the town of Spa, located in the Ardennes region of eastern Belgium, which has been famous for its healing hot springs since medieval times. The town’s name itself has become synonymous with mineral baths and wellness retreats globally, thus the term "spa" used today.
The production of SPA mineral water began in the 16th century, with the water being recognized and appreciated for its purported health benefits. In 1583, the first bottling of the water took place, marking the start of what would become a renowned global brand. SPA mineral water is sourced from several natural springs in the area, known for their unique and consistent mineral compositions.
