A stunning trumeau mirror with Neoclassical décor dating from the late eighteenth century, France. This Directoire period-piece features painted and gilded wood, Neoclassical elements, and its original mirror. Easy to see one's reflection, this would make a beautiful addition to an entry hall or powder bath.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
Note: Mirrors have been photographed facing fabric, a technique that reveals any age spots in the glass. In some cases, this may create the appearance of an empty frame, but each mirror is complete except where explicitly stated.
