This museum-quality ensemble dates from the eighteenth century - it is very rare to find a matching mirror and console as a matching set due to their age. The demilune console table retains the original Carrara marble top. Note the meticulous carving and detail to the legs and stretcher - particularly the palmettes. The ornate mirror retains the original mercury glass that is wonderfully timeworn. The detail in the frame is exquisite. A rare find that will be the focal point of the room. Retains original patina - in unrestored condition. Originally from a palace in northern Italy.
