This is a hand-painted vase with black handles and a white background. It has geometrical designs on the belly and a stylized rooster on the elongated opening. Signed by Robert Loiseleur, 1950-60s.
Loiseleur was a ceramist from Lezoux (Puy-de-Dôme), and his works are on display in the local museum. In the late 1950s he moved to the Mediterranean village of Vallauris (known for ceramics).
