19th-century Empire walnut buffet sideboard

A superb, antique French walnut buffet dating from the Empire period (nineteenth century). This handsome piece features a flat top and a two-door cabinet beneath flanked by two finely carved balustrade columns on either side with detailed brass sleeve accents. The cabinet doors open to reveal deep storage and a single, removable shelf inside with a latch-hook close on the left side. A wonderful storage piece for plates, bowls or glasses your dining room or kitchen. Key included. Note photos to observe some minimal wear to the top piece consistent with use over time.
