A beautiful, large silver-leaf Louis Philippe mirror with pretty engraved foliage around the frame dating from the nineteenth century , France. Note there is some foxing to the mirror's patina but it does not affect the quality / usability of the mirror for functional reflection purposes.
A fabulous choice for a large hall mirror in an entry or bedroom to add a touch of antique French elegance to your interiors. Note there are two little wooden feet at the bottom of the frame for easy placement on a fireplace mantle for example.
Note: Mirrors have been photographed facing fabric, a technique that reveals any age spots in the glass. In some cases, this may create the appearance of an empty frame, but each mirror is complete except where explicitly stated.
