This water cruche / pitcher dates from the late nineteenth-century. It has a lovely emerald green glaze that drips down the sides. Note the wear to the underside from pouring repeatedly. A classic piece of French pottery to add to a collection. It has yellow glaze on the inside - this is rare and shows the quality of craftsmanship.
