19th century French walking cane with a serpent's head and two playing dice 33½"

This walking cane dates to the 19th century. The handle and cane is made from a type of wood native to the Camargue. At the top of the serpent's head there is a glass window with two playing dice sealed inside. The dice can be "rolled" by shaking the walking cane.
