19th-century gilded metal Montgolfier chandelier 31½"

Dating from the nineteenth century, this Montgolfier chandelier originally came from a beautiful châteaux in the south of France and has been more recently residing in a private collection in Provence. Its elegant hot air balloon-shaped iron frame is decorated with gilded draped garlands and daisy elements. The chandelier features six curved arms and lights with faux drip candle style socket covers. This whimsical piece would make a wonderful addition to a child's bedroom and bring a touch of playfulness and French charm to any space it enters. Must be rewired.
