This large bonbonne jar from the 19th century originates from the Huveaune Valley in Provence. Its red clay body is partially covered with a light beige-yellow glaze, most prominently over the rim and dual handles. Each handle has a specific purpose: one for tilting to pour its contents, and the other for carrying the jar. The piece exudes rustic charm, characteristic of Provençal craftsmanship, and would make a striking decorative object in any home or garden setting.
