19th century oval mirror w/ timber frame 17¾" x 15¾"

An elegant oval French mirror from the late eighteenth / early nineteenth century. The frame has some old natural cracks that were repaired a long time ago, the wood is walnut frame with pine backing. Original glass with silver backing. Some wear to frame.

Note: Mirrors have been photographed facing fabric, a technique that reveals any age spots in the glass. In some cases, this may create the appearance of an empty frame, but each mirror is complete except where explicitly stated.
