Dating from the nineteenth century, a superb carved walnut Provençal kitchen hanging glassware shelf or étagère. Note the exquisitely carved wood details featuring two turtle doves at the center of the top and the finely turned finials decorating the top of each corner.

The wall shelf features three shelves and rests on four finely carved cabriole escargot feet decorated with acanthus leaves. An extraordinary piece of French country life to add charm to your interiors. Note very small loss at central crown piece as seen in photos.
