19th century Zinc ‘L'épi de faîtage’ - lightning rod

This zinc finial dates to the 19^th century and was once on the rooftop of a French home in Maussane-les-Alpilles. The patina is naturally rich in colour and beautifully weathered. Use ornamentally by the fireplace with large candlesticks or outdoors as a feature in the garden.
