THIS ITEM IS PART OF THE AT HOME WITH PATRICIA WELLS VOLUME II CATALOG. ALL ITEMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR SALE.

These two miniature truffle jars, crafted from near-black glass, are rare finds from the Provence farmhouse of renowned culinary expert Patricia Wells. Likely dating from the early 20th century, they exhibit the craftsmanship typical of traditional French glassmaking. The deep, almost opaque hue of the glass speaks to their original purpose, preserving the earthy delicacies of truffles. Their provenance from Chanteduc adds a layer of historical and culinary significance, making them a collector's treasure. The jars are in excellent condition with the natural wear consistent with their age and use.
