A butcher’s display table from the late 19th century. Designed to display the finest cuts of meat, this marble-top table would make a lovely addition to a kitchen. The beechwood stand is beautifully carved with great detail. The marble simply sits on top of the base. There is a repaired crack and some minor chips that are consistent with the age and use of the table.
Clearance underneath is approx 23" or 58cm high.
