A lovely antique confit pot with white glaze from the late nineteenth / early twentieth century from Chanteduc, the home of Patricia and Walter Wells in Provence. It is most likely from the coastal Mediterranean towns of Sète or Agde. The white glaze will complement collections of white ceramics. Patricia was charmed by its color and it held a special spot in her home displayed in good company with a collection of other wonderful pieces of French pottery.  

Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
