This rare two-tiered paper dispenser dates from the 1920s. It was originally used in an epicerie or butchers shop and would have been bolted to the shop counter ready to wrap clients' orders. Branded Fournier with a lion. A fabulous piece to carefully use in a kitchen or butler's pantry.
