An elegant French antique linen bed sheet of superb quality dates to the late 19th century. A wonderful triangular monogram reading MFR that has some trapunto work, this is the raised quality of the embroidery.

The edge of the return has a pretty embroidered pattern that runs across the top. This sheet has no obvious marks. The sheet is buttery soft and of excellent quality.

Traditionally given to a bride as a wedding gift in a marriage armoire, this sheet will add a touch of luxury to any bed. Sourced in Vaison La Romaine.
