This listing is part of the 'At Home with Patricia Wells' collection of epicurean objects and decorative antiques.
This is Patricia Wells' desk - one that she has spent many hours working at in her Provençal armchair in the upstairs office at Chanteduc (her farmhouse in Provence). She adores the curve of the cabriole legs, the hidden drawer and the little gallery edge. The beautiful timber is likely a combination of oak, pine and walnut. A special piece dating from the nineteenth century that embodies so much of Patricia's personal writing history.
