During Patricia's cooking classes that are held at Chanteduc, soupe au pistou is served for the first dinner. She recalls buying this antique garden table about 30 years ago from a brocante, "I loved it" she says. The pistou soup is always served on the terrace, overlooking the rolling hills and the sunset. Even with a large dining table for 12-14 people, side tables are very important, "It has been used many, many times!"

The table has a rustic, weathered metal top with rounded corners and pretty wrought iron scrolls. Late nineteenth / early twentieth century.

Heavy wear and rustic condition consistent with age and use.
