This antique French water pitcher or 'gargoulette' dates from the late nineteenth / early twentieth century. It is half-glazed as evaporation helps to keep the water inside cool. It has a traditional yellow/brown glaze, two handles and a spout. From south / west France.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
