RESERVED Antique French weather vane pigeon mounted on iron block

A nineteenth century zinc pigeon from a weather vane / lightning rod. It has been recently mounted on a simple cast iron base. The holes are very old as this pigeon was the victim of target practice which is often the case with weather-vanes and lightning rods.
