Patricia explains, "I love the old couple walking slowly and the sense of chitter-chatter around them. It’s also signed." This sunny place du village (village square) feels intimate and alive, a glimpse of daily life in a village in Provence. In warm ochres and olive greens set against cool stone shadows, the lively brushwork captures terracotta façades with green shutters, neighbors pausing beneath a small awning, and dappled light filtering through a generous tree.
