A charming breadboard dating back to the start of the 20th century. Its lovely weight is due to being solid European beech (hetre). This can be identified by the tiny black pattern through the grain of the timber.
Sourced in a quaint village called Sablet, this breadboard is truly Provençal and is in incredible condition considering that it is circa 100 years old.
