A vintage pea green cannister filled with a selection of essential kitchen utensils, personally assembled by Patricia Wells. She chose the pot itself and selected each utensil according to what she considers indispensable for everyday cooking, making every grouping a direct and thoughtful expression of the way she works in the kitchen.
Utensil pots such as this were always kept close at hand during Patricia’s cooking classes at Chanteduc and at her Paris atelier. Generations of students reached into them while preparing recipes under her guidance.
Several individually composed pots are available for separate purchase, each selected and arranged by Patricia herself. Keep one on the counter beside the hob, as she does at her apartment on the rue du Bac in Paris and at her farmhouse in Vaison-la-Romaine. Practical, personal and ready for use, it remains exactly what it was intended to be: a working collection for the everyday cook.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
