Collection of office accessories - Black Forest bears

Dating from the nineteenth century, these office accessories or 'necessaires bureau' are hand carved in the shape of bears. The brushes were for cleaning leather-top secretary desks. There is also an inkwell and an ink blotter (the rounded piece). These would make a lovely gift for a special occasion and add an interesting touch to a home office or study.
