A blown glass bottle from the early nineteenth-century. Originally used for storing vinegar and 'eau de vie' - the glass is dark to keep the light out to preserve the contents. The glass was trimmed during the glassmaking so the tops can be a little sharp.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
