Early 20th century French cigar cutter guillotine 9½"

This cigar cutter was originally installed on a counter top of a bar or bistro (see flange on the base with screw holes). There is a little door that can be opened to clear out the stubs. Late nineteenth/early twentieth century. Made from walnut.
