This set of four wooden garden armchairs will be familiar to anyone who has visited Chanteduc. Recently repainted crisp white, these wooden slatted garden armchairs are so comfortable that you don't need to use a cushion. Patricia explains that their friends and neighbors from New York, the people who found Chanteduc, had a tradition of buying the house a present every year.

When the Wells purchased Chanteduc, it came furnished with just two of these unique garden chairs. So they continued the tradition, giving the house a present every Christmas - the first year was the bread oven, then two chairs the next year and so on.
