French leather club chair – 1920’s

This unique French leather armchair dates to the 1920’s. The back rest has a cavity for the cushion making this chair particularly comfortable. The chair sits on its original caster wheels. Both cushions have been replaced while all of the other leather is original. The studwork has been beautifully crafted. The arms of the chair project over vertical carved dark wood spirals.

All of our leather club chairs have their bases replaced by specialist artisans in France. Wear and rich patina is consistent with age and use.
