French petit confit pot w/ timeworn ochre glaze 6¾"

A charming, timeworn glazed terracotta confit pot dating from the start of the twentieth century, France. Originally demi-glazed with a rich ochre color, note large losses to glaze over time as seen in photos. Its form is rounded in shape with no handles. This little pot would make a terrific addition to a collection of French pottery or used as a little flower vase first placing a watertight container inside.
