Patricia purchased this green Le Creuset lidded casserole pot from a local cooking store she loved. The French-Belgium brand, Le Creuset, is well-known for high-quality and colorful enameled cast iron pieces. Patricia loved that this size is uniquely smaller than standard - perfect for a cozy one-pot meal for two to four people.

In excellent condition, this multi-purpose piece is wonderful for sautéing vegetables, a buttery-garlic risotto, roasting duck, or boiling a pot of pasta. This pot was kept close at hand in the kitchen where Patricia taught cooking classes at her home in Provence and where she perfected the recipes for her cookbooks.
