A rare street light from the 1830's / 40's. Originally attached to a building in a French city (perhaps Lyon, Bordeaux or Paris). It is immense and very heavy - the bracket is made from cast iron and the lampshades are copper.
Heavy wear and rustic condition consistent with age and use.
