This impressive Hollywood Regency chandelier, circa 1970s, features eighteen lights arranged on two sweeping tiers of scrolling gilt-metal arms, with twelve lights on the lower tier and six above, each fitted with faux candle sleeves and turned wooden bobeches. The hand-wrought frame is richly decorated with stylized palm fronds rising to a dramatic crown of foliage and delicate flowerheads, creating an elegant botanical silhouette. The gilt finish has developed a beautifully mellow patina with light rubbing and oxidation consistent with age.
