Large antique French mantle mirror w/ roses 47¼" x 30¾"

This impressive large gilt mirror dates from the nineteenth century. The Louis Philippe style frame features pretty sculptural roses in the corners. The mercury glass has foxing, consistent with it's age. This kind of mirror would have originally been used on a mantle.
