Large grey apothecary bottle with lid

This large apothecary bottle is circa late 19th century. The glass has a slight grey tinge. The lid is solid with a broad neck which is matte glass, as is the neck of the bottle.

Beautiful in an apothecary collection, or us as a vase with an unruly bunch of wild flowers.
