A rare wooden horse salvaged from a nineteenth-century merry-go-round. Made from solid wood with a polychrome and wax finish. Their eyes are glass, and the tail is horse hair. It has an iron stand that slots into the front - there is a second hole at the back that could be used as a support if required. Most likely Eastern European.
