This fabulous water pitcher dates from the early twentieth century, and is from the Savoie region (the French Alps). The outside has a rich brown glaze with pretty spots around the sides while the inside is pale yellow. This would be a lovely water jug for the dining table and can also be used as a vase.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
