This listing is part of the 'At Home with Patricia Wells' collection of epicurean objects and decorative antiques.
This huge pair of garden sculptures from Chanteduc, home of Patricia and Walter Wells in Provence, date from the mid-twentieth century. These were cast with reconstituted stone, allowing them to weather wonderfully. They frame the garden stairs that lead down to the sunset terrace. Patricia recalls that she "just loved them" when they found them at a brocante. Some losses and wear - refer to photos.
